Perfect place, I appreciated very attentive personnel.

My triple room was exceptional, comfy. A safe box, multi-channel television, and a sitting area were provided. The location was good and excellent, specially it was walk from the train station which was useful.

Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

The room was quite small and in need of refurbishment. The lack of attention to detail was noticeable, with no glass or tissues provided in the room.

location: the hotel was adjacent to the main gondola in town, restaurants, train station, and ski shops as well as the train station. thoroughly enjoyed the way our budget twin room with a balcony facing the mountain was arranged.

The decor and atmosphere throughout the hotel were perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. the location of the hotel was ideal, with just a short walk to both the town center and the train station and cable car.

Although our overall experience was great, there were a few minor disappointments. the absence of a bidet in the room was a letdown, as it seems to be a common feature in many hotels.
